Unfortunately, we cannot hold a property without a completed application. All properties are offered on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified applicants, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible to secure your preferred rental.
Yes, typically you will need to pay the first month’s rent, the last month’s rent, and a security deposit before moving in. This ensures financial security for both parties and helps facilitate a smooth start to your lease.
All applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply. Each individual aged 18 or older who will reside in the property must complete a separate application.
Yes, your security deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in the same condition as when you moved in, excluding normal wear and tear. A final inspection will be conducted to assess any damages or necessary repairs.
Whether a cosigner is required is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and ultimately decided by the property owner. Typically, a cosigner may be requested if an applicant does not meet income or credit requirements.
